Consider reserving a room away from the street for a quieter experience and ensure to bring some snacks for late-night cravings.

The large, quiet Standard Twin Room with Garden View was comfortable with ample lighting and a good shower. I loved finding two towel swans decorated with flowers on the bed when we returned! The restaurant served a really good breakfast for around 250 pesos, and the staff were very attentive.
No Wi-Fi in rooms.

The restaurant here was clean which is a buffet, we both ordered delicious dishes. Comfortable beds, a private safe, climate control, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were a nice touch.

Rooms face a busy street, leading to noticeable road noise and disturbances from upstairs guests. The thin walls and gaps around the doors allow sound to travel between rooms. There are issues with the credit card fees at the front desk, which seem excessive and unnecessary .

Beautiful and comfortable hotel located in a nice area adjacent to large pretty garden and the pyramids and the adjacent restaurant. Super beds and climate control, an individual safe and flat-screen television. Paid usd 63. Fairly nice overall experience.

A complimentary drink or snack woudl ve been appreciated after enduring all this, but I guess that's too much to ask.

The large garden provided a picturesque and relaxing atmosphere for our family. The boys particularly enjoyed the pool, practically empty , allowing them to swim freely. Plus, its convenient proximity to the historical ruins made it easy for us to explore without hassle.
We did notice some minor issues with bugs in the room .

Comfortable stay with lovely pool and gardens
I had a really nice time here. The spacious rooms were comfortable with great air conditioning and ample lighting. The gardens were beautiful and provided a relaxing atmosphere, and the pool was fantastic-my kids enjoyed having it mostly to themselves! One thing I didn't prefer was the road noise, especially in the room facing the street.

We felt so welcomed with sweet towel swans on our bed and enjoyed a delicious breakfast that set us up for a day of exploring the local sights. The peaceful garden area and inviting swimming pool were perfect spots to unwind after our adventures. Just a heads up, the lower floor rooms can be a bit dark without much natural light, so you might want to ask for a room with better views. 🌺

Family with children ideal stay
The hotel staff were unbelievably attentive, they were very good too share their culture with us. They surprised us with swan towel sculptures on the beds, my kids loved it so much they couldn't stop talking about it!
Though it wasn't exactly a bargain, it felt worth the price!

It was just a well-suited match for a couple of nights in Chichen Itza with excellent value for money. The surroundings were peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Try to ask for a room further from the street for a quieter experience.
